I've finally did one of these. I used that old self portrait of mine to make it, since it's the only picture of myself that I like.
Yeah, I know. I like a lot of things. The old movies being just recent. I'm not talking about movies from the 80s either. I like the really old black and white films, like "Duck Soup" and "Maltese Falcon".
The thing about people looking too deeply into things has recently become a pet peeve of mine. Yes I know there are somethings, like movies, books, music and so on, that have a deeper meaning, and I am more then happy to discuss that deeper meaning with those who want to. But there are somethings where the surface is all there is to it and people try to put messages that were not intended to be there in the first place. It takes the fun out it.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
